KHost – Terms of Service

Welcome to KHost. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

KHost provides co-hosting and short-term rental support services such as:

• Guest communication

• Check-in and check-out coordination

• Cleaning and restocking management

• Basic property oversight

• Scheduling maintenance with owner approval

• Listing support for short-term rental platforms

We do NOT provide traditional property management, which means we do not:

• Collect rent

• Draft or enforce leases

• Handle evictions

• Provide long-term tenant management

2. Owner Responsibilities: Property owners agree to:

• Provide accurate property details and access instructions

• Maintain homeowner’s insurance and follow platform requirements

• Approve or decline maintenance requests in a timely manner

• Ensure the property complies with local laws, occupancy limits, and safety standards

• Provide necessary supplies or reimburse restocking costs

3. Guest Management: We communicate with guests and help coordinate their stay, but:

• All reservations must be made through approved booking platforms

• Owners remain responsible for property condition and local compliance

• We do not act as landlords or legal agents of the property

4. Payments & Fees: Owners agree to pay service fees as outlined in their service agreement. Fees may include:

• Cleaning coordination fees

• Maintenance coordination costs

• Restocking reimbursements

Invoices must be paid upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

5. Liability: KHost is not liable for:

• Guest-caused damages

• Loss of income due to platform issues or cancellations

• Acts of nature, accidents, or items outside our control

• Owner non-compliance with laws or platform rules

Owners remain responsible for property insurance and coverage.

6. Access to Property: Owners authorize KHost and assigned staff (cleaners, maintenance personnel, etc.) to access the property to perform necessary services.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as outlined in their specific contract. Any outstanding fees must be paid before termination is complete.

8. Modifications: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
